1. When sending payment, please always send it with goods and services, as I can get in legal trouble if you don't.
 
2. Ref-sheet: If you are to commission me, please have some sort of ref sheet ready for me to work off of. Or, if this is the first time the character is being drawn, please have an idea of what your character looks like so I can get the most accurate picture of your character. 
 
3. Waiting: Please keep in mind that you may not be the first one in line to get art from me, and there may be a wait. If you wish for your drawing or badge to be completed first, you must pay an extra $3 per person you jump ahead of. 
 
4. Refunds: I have a strict refund policy. If you are unsatisfied with your art, I will offer a partial refund, as this is a form of income for me. Once the art has been cleared by you, I won't be making any changes to the art unless I missed something crucial to your character or if I messed up the art. I will, however, replace any physical art that is damaged in shipping free of charge to you, as we can not control what happens during shipping.
 
5. Payment: I request at least half of all payments upfront before I start your art piece. The only time I'll allow a payment plan is if you have a large order of over $100(however, it must be paid off within 2 months of your art being finished). In terms of payment, I accept payment through Zettle.

6. Parental permission: If you are under the age of 14, I ask that I speak with a parent or guardian so they are aware of your commissioning me. I ask this because I do not wish to receive an angry email from a parent asking why their kid just used their card.
